These peas are renowned for their delicious and tender pods of seeds. Botanically speaking, snow peas are fruit but are also used as a vegetable.

Snow peas are white pods with a pale green color and are tiny flattened peas.
The pod and the peas are edible and possess the sweet taste of peas and a delicate yet fresh texture.
The pods are long and flat and measure between two and an inch in size.
